NOTE 1: In excess of 2 children shall incur additional surcharge of $100 per child per booking and must be noted at time of booking. Excess children noted at time of arrival or during your stay shall incur $200 per child.

NOTE 2: Persons in excess of number indicated by you at time of booking shall be charged an additional $400 per guest per week.

NOTE 3: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks are premium weeks and incur minimum rates at the 9 to 10 guests level.
